Re: Independents. I still have a Barr sticker on my car, even though I never planned on voting Libertarian this time with Heller having been so close, but I'm seriously considering ripping that off and getting a Palin sticker (at least until immediately after I vote, when my back window will return to uncluttered). I really didn't think there was anything any party could do to get my attention, I vote Republican only because of the 2nd amendment. I have very little respect for single-issue voters but that is the litmus test for me... What was I talking about? Oh, right. Not just because she's attractive and nearly my age, but the more I learn about her the more I like/respect her. I will be disappointed if McCain doesn't win not just because of the attack on our life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness that Obama will launch, but because I honestly think she could be the best thing to happen to the party and this country since Reagan.

Although I don't dislike McCain as much as a lot of more conservative types do, I wasn't exactly excited about his candidacy until today. I don't agree with a few of her politics, but dammit I could see us holding on for 12 years if she doesn't have skeletons in her closet.
A plan is just a list of things that don't happen.

Delphi is right! You meanies leave him alone!

No I couldn't even type that with a straight face. lol
Went through trying to convince him he was full of shit before, and won't waste keyboard ink on it again.

I'm still not convinced it will help him get elected, but I realized it won't dissuade the racist votes. They would rather have a woman leader then a black leader. It will bring in some womens votes and will lose some votes from men who won't want a woman leader.

And she's a much better choice then many of the others McCain was considering. And I love how the womens libbers are just chewing her to bits. She's a bad mom, she shouldn't be a governor let alone VP. How can she have had another kid at her age? Who is raising them kids anyway? Ignorant female dogs who complained that women can do anything a man can do, and have a family too are now blasting her. I love it! So if nothing else it's causing more hypocrisy in the liberal family then they had before.

Oh F it. Delphi, one last opportunity for you to think and use your under developed mind. Look at the D.C. case the supremes just ruled on. If Kerry had won and put in a more liberal judge, we wouldn't have had that great outcome. Which is a step FORWARD towards regaining some ground we lost to the liberals.

Conservatives can over time regain our ground by electing people closest to our views. We can't regain our ground if we allow liberals to get in office while we are "making a statement" by voting for people with no shot.

When someone cannot find errors in the logic of someone's argument they go after spelling and grammar. Which is possibly the easiest thing to bash on it's a lazy man's way of debating. Try looking for something more substantial.

What have we lost? Perhaps the rights to fully automatic weapons like our government or maybe the fact that certain evil rifles are banned from importation. Or wait maybe the fact that are tax dollars are being collected illegally and spent on things that don't matter. Or what about the fact that none of us truly have privacy anymore? Am I going to look up hundreds of things the demmicans have taken away from us? No, I wont waste my time.

And about the tickets out of this country why don't you just offer those to a liberal or something? I'm sure they'd love a ticket to china.

As to robster statement yes the supreme court made a tiny step in the right direction, but has it affected any of us in any way? And how fast can a liberal republican or democrat just take those rights away? Faster than we can gain em back by voting for republicans that's for sure.

When the republicans come grabbing your guns, don't start complaining cause it was your own doing. Than again you seem to all be the type that would just gladly hand over all your guns and rights so the government can protect you

I cant believe you guys actually think republicans are conservative... ROFL they are moderate liberals....
    Big government yay!

That's just the way it is. Your "protest" vote will achieve nothing.Pick one side of the fence and get on it. 5. HunterCO, I,ll kick in for peanuts.

Delphi,, Your logic is once again so full of fail,,, I'm not even sure even sure where to begin... Oh, Your spelling and grammer are just a bonus..

    1. As far as I remember, as long as You can pass a background check and have $200, One can own a full automatic whatever,,,I might have to see what Tim, Ryan, and Allen say about that though,,,

    2. Once again, You make a statement and have nothing to back it up,What "evil rifles" are banned from importation? I seem to have quite a collection of rifles from Russia.. Back up the statement..

    3. You've been drinking that libertarian kool-aid again?? Son,Should I remind You of the quote about Death and Taxes? Taxes have been around in some form or another for a very long time, and will be around long after You have turned to dust. I have no problem with taxes, as long as they are used properly, which unfortunatly with all the pandering going on, isn't happening at the moment.
The Key, is a reduction in spending, My biggest complaint about McCain, But, He is way better than Obama hood of Sherwood..

Still looking for the proof on the Privacy thing,, Oh,, Wait,, You must be talking about those little camera's on top of traffic lights,,, Don't run the red, You won't have too worry about the fine next time.. Come on,, Really..

No, not all Republcans are conservetive, Nor are all Democrats liberal,, You just need to do research and figure out the best option.. The system is not perfect. But it's a hell of a lot better than anything else out there.

Seriously dude, Bring Your facts to the table,, The "I'm not going to waste My time looking it up" just isn't going to cut it. You sound like Your much depised liberals when You write things like that.. They are known for that,, Throwing crap and not have the facts to back it up...

Oh, one last thing, Spelling and Grammer do go a long way towards credibilty, People are more apt to take You seriously... Just sayin'.

Oh, I just like to think that He's Young and Misguided,,, Just don't want to see, a story out of Az about a "Anti-Goverment,survivalist type" Getting Himself Killed,, Bad Publicity for Us...

While I'm not a "Fear the gubment" type,, I don't have much trust in them.. Anything beyond maintaining the Interstate Hiway system and National Defence, is Pretty much a waste of My tax money in My opinion..

I do have that little bit of hope that one day, He will be able to "pitch".
