Sadly, I think this is a pretty good representation of the way pro gunners are viewed these days.

They think that they are the "Law abiding citizens" and that we are all a pack of ravening, maddened dogs straining at the end of a thin leash and can't wait to go berserk. They think that placid civilization is the norm and that we represent all that is wrong with the world. They don't think about what things would be like without an infrastructure that provides water, power, security, employment, and other similar things; doesn't even appear on their radar. They apply their own values and morals (if they have such things) to everyone else, and cannot/will not understand anything that falls outside their sphere. They think that feeling and believing are the same as facts and logic, and proceed accordingly. So they believe that all the criminals and bad people are an outgrowth of our set of beliefs; and if they can get us under control everything will fall into place.
The rest are Marxists, who believe in nothing but power and control, and use the syphilitic morons who parade around as your standard "liberals" to further their agenda.
Either way, I still believe both are a cancer on our society. Some with "good intentions", like Jimmy Carter (Stupid, but well meaning) and others with an agenda, like Bloomberg, Schumer, Soros, and company.
