You going to require that for people doing emissions testing as well? I don't know about you, but almost every server/bartender I've known was a smoker as well. Don't like working in smoke, work at Perkins.

2 years ago my sister and BIL saw my AR for the first time: drooled, took pics and said they couldn't wait to shoot it......fast forward to last Christmas, they are against it and say I should not have sold it to a private party. Proceeded to give me a Bass Pro gift card and told me I could use it on ammo..... Oh and he does the Machine Gun Shoots and gave me 75 rounds of .223 he had lying around a few months ago. Polictics are NOT discussed at the holidays around here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well said, this is the unobtainable liberal ideal, to each his own utopia. The problem is that not everyone has the same idea of utopia and in the end no one has utopia but no one has happiness or individuality either.

What people don't realize is that laws like that take away the rights of the business owner... you no longer have a choice, the government will make that choice for you. What happens when they start saying what kind of liquor bars can/can't serve?
