Make Capital Punishment a part of our society nationwide, and USE IT!!! If a murderer is guilty beyond ANY DOUBT, then off his ass! Like James Holmes....guilty as hell, execute him. Of course mistakes are made and innocent people get put on Death Row, so every effort needs to be made to verify facts. Any prosecutors that convict someone to further their own careers (Tim Masters case, good example), those bastards need to be crushed and reduced to minimum age work. Keep 'em honest, keep the system honest and running smoothly.

UBC's on honest citizens that want to buy a gun from a friend, that's not gonna stop shit. That only hurts the honest citizens. Criminals will just continue to steal guns from people like us and sell/distribute them amongst themselves. Like they always have.

Agreed. Actions will always speak louder than words, and reveal true intent! That's why this isn't about solutions (well, not to the problems as stated). These ARE solutions, but to a different problem. Ask this question instead: "how can we control the population and fundamentally change the Nation?" The answer to that question is what we are now seeing...
