That's also a common term for the motorcycle riders (crotch rockets, not harleys) who are young and stupid that ride without gear (sometimes in shorts, flip flops, and tank tops) and think they're hot shit.
If we're going with cars he could always use the name "Mustang Sally" <joke among a few of my buddies who call people who drive 'Stangs (mostly the 90's versions)
