I'm not really down with the whole "painless" thing....personally, I'd be willing to donate some funds (or tax dollars) for them to hire a "medievalist" and camera crew to make it about as painfully difficult as possible and post the footage online as an example...

I read this today, and I am a new father of about 48 hours. The only thing that came to mind is if they pointed a gun in the general direction of my infant, I can say the only outcome of that scenario is them being a chalk outline.
