Yahoo has been running more and more of these opinion pieces where bloggers instead of journalists get to vent an opinion rather than present an objective story.

So let me get this right. Somebody accuses somebody else of child abuse because of a picture with the kid properly holding a gun and smiling. The cops show up, somehow search the house and this then gives them the right to catalogue this guys guns. All of this over just the accusation!! Whats more a prosecutor thinks "maybe" this is ok?? And we are the nuts for thinking big brother is coming for our guns!!
