    The reporter is full of crap as usual, labeling very small reductions in the growth of programs as "deep cuts".

    Note that the Democrat controlled Senate has not passed any sort of budget at all in over four years. The Democrat controlled House never passed a budget at all for FY 2010 and FY 2011 before losing control at the end of 2010. That's a complete abdication of their most basic responsibility.

    Which reveals, as an aside, that this line is a lie:
    The Senate had not passed a budget resolution since 2009 because of fiscal policy disputes with House Republicans that forced Congress to turn to numerous stop-gap spending measures to avoid government shutdowns.


    "Policy disputes" may result in no budget being pass by both houses, but it did not keep the Senate from passing its own budget. And the House wasn't controlled by Republicans until January of 2011, long after FY 2011 budget was due.

    Very dishonest piece.
