    Default M1A Pics

Here's a couple of my recent builds-if you have any of your M1A Pics let's see what you have. one is an EBR with a US GI Springfield M1A. one is a SOCOM 16 in a Troy chasis with an EOTech.

    My days with the M1A's....
    My first was a SOCOM16

.. and then I got this.... M1A "SuperMatch"

... then I turned that Supermatch into this.. "Big Red" (the actual M21 Boyds stock mated to the Supermatch.)

Great rifles and you can make'em very beautiful.... but my days with M1A's are done. I'm known to abuse/treat my guns pretty rough and I couldn't go on further abusing "Big Red".. she is in better hands now.

IslanderMyk, Just wondering about the combat grip/bi-pod you installed on the SOCOM. How is it's durability? I had one that looked very similar and one of the legs of the bipod shattered after having it installed for about 15 or 20 minutes. What brand is it? Please reply if so inclined. Thanks.

It's been awhile... I know there were different types... airsoft and the real deals. It was a Grip pod that was on my SOCOM16 (real deal).
The one I got was one that had steel braces on it's legs. There is a Gen 2 or something out there... here's the link:
