I know a LOT of people do support the concept of mandatory background checks for private party SALES . . . which is how UBC has been deliberately misrepresented to the public. HARDLY ANYONE KNOWS that this new law FORBIDS AND CRIMINALIZES: trades, gifts, loans, or simply storing a gun at another location for more than a few days . . . even if it involves extended family members.
