I don't have a problem paying taxes. With the deductions I get with dependents etc., I am honestly getting a pretty good deal. What I have a problem with is how my money is spent on idiotic sh*t like pensions for life for legislators and 500 million dollars in aid for Palestinians while my neighbor who gets deployed to Afghanistan probably doesn't clear 40 k a year. And yes, the rich should pay their fair share. I am a capitalist through and through, but people who have been richly blessed shouldn't have a problem paying taxes. The reason I would never be a Republican is that they have pretty much become shills for the wealthy. Sorry for the long winded answer.

I also think that people who are bitching about Obamacare and living in mansions like Papa John the Pizza guy are pussies. I don't like a lot of the things that Obamacare entails. I'm in the healthcare field. I think we have to do something to help people and to manage costs. But to have a Billionaire cut some pizza delivery guy's hours so he can't get insurance is just plain wrong. Papa John can fuck himself. I'll never eat his pizza again.
