The Second Amendment Primer

Just got the NRA email pushing "The Second Amendment Primer" for $30. Anyone have this and/or have read this? Any good? I just went on Amazon and ordered a used copy for $4 ($8 shipped). I figured I couldn't go wrong for the price.
