Just because some idiot happens to enjoy the same rights as you and I does not mean he represents you or I.
I don't feel my liberty is in more or less jeopardy depending on how someone else happens to behave/dress/speak. Don't hurt anyone - otherwise do whatever comes to mind.
But then, I don't accept the premise that my liberty can be revoked if I don't play nice, nor cringe in fear when some public servant threatens to exercise power he/she does not possess. So maybe it's me who's strange.

Jake pretty much summed it up. The group he was with was a bunch of little dipshits.
There is a right way and a wrong way to voice your opinion about your 2A, being obviously drunk and bragging that you have ammo and guns is NOT the right way imho. He does not represent you or I, but sadly in the face of the general public, we are all the same. I'm pretty sure this guy is a SSDG if we had cared to engage him, or at least a former operator.
The conversations at the table are the ones that predicate the fears that all gun owners are trigger happy nut jobs.
Oh.. he also had enough food stashed for 50 years? Which given his size I'm guessing would have taken at least a basketball gymnasium to hold.
His 'group' nearly got into a few fights with random people, they were also cut off and asked to leave. He stumbled out of the bar before them, fairly certain as he waddled around the parking lot that he had no idea where he was. Did not see him enter a vehicle, but his table was talking about hitting an old man at the bar at that point so our attentions were elsewhere.
I certainly felt inferior given his vast armory and stockpile of ammunition.
Has anyone else noticed how 90% of the alleged "former SF" or "former SEAL" dbs you meet lipping off to random people in bars all are well under .mil retirement age with no apparent disability, pale babyface, out of shape, dishwater IQ, and at least 100# overweight?Originally Posted by Monky
