    Buy the saiga and convert it, there are numerous web sites that walk you through the process. What ever you do use rivets, some of the screw builds look "flimsy" and i would question a firearm done that way. Unless i knew their overall capability.

    Yeah never really worked on a gun like that lol......I like saiga but the front for grip thing just doesn't look the same as a normal ak

    don't know if you're still looking, but i came across this one for $599 today---waffen werks with a grade b stock set. trying to figure out why i shouldn't pull the trigger on this one--refinishing the stock would be a fun project

    From what I've been seeing parts kits alone are going from $300 up.
    By the time your all said and done you have invested more or close to what it is from Classic.

    do you know anything about these waffen werks ak74s? as with anything, opinions vary widely out there. I don't need a $2000 rifle dynamics model, but i'd rather avoid a turd.
