There was definitely an illegal transfer of the assault dog somewhere in this process. I don't think his daughter got a BGC.

In that video that's not a bulldog... that looks like a terrier, perhaps pitbull. I just love how the cameraman says "The seal is dead, no use in hurting the dog" while that woman continues to hit it and nothing happens.

In Jersey? "To get them off the beach?" Shit . . . I can see the fucks in South Jersey driving their Porsches and BMWs to the beach specifically to kick baby seals, probably while their friends film it on cellphone cams laughing. A whole different type of mentality in that region.
