    "I think it really does subvert the intention of the law, and I don't think that is ever a good thing," said Laura Cutilletta, a senior staff attorney for the San Francisco-based Law Center to Prevent Gun Violence. "I think, unfortunately, this would probably make them less safe by introducing a gun into school."

    Here is one of the problems. SHE THINKS. She doesn't really KNOW, if it would. keep your ideas in CA and leave me the fuk alone.

    Actually, the problem is that she doesn't think, she feels and mistakes that for thinking.

    Agreed. I think it's pretty clear that the exception was included to allow security for schools. Who cares if that person also happens to already be on the payroll, serves another purpose, AND doesn't cost the taxpayers anything extra? Win win win?
