Mark Kelly get shot down by gun owner

Mark Kelly just put out another propaganda video to support Background checks here:

The problem is he does not actaully get the BGC in 5:36 seconds. That was just to fill out the paper work. He does not walk out with the gun(s). I say that because he also tried to pickup an AR which he was then going to hand over the police to melt down.

It did not work so well. The gun shop shut him down for false statements on the form. Does that mean his right to buy a gun is affected? It should be.
