Guilty as charged, it was I and from my point it is a concern.

There is no "for repair" exemption in 1224. An individual brings a malfunctioning firearm in for repair. I need the magazines to go through a diagnosis of the malfunction.
The individual leaves the firearm and magazines for repair purpose. Have we both then violated the law?
