The biggest issue with Century Link is that they oversold the heck out of their bandwidth around here. We were getting, consistently, for months, speeds between 1-10kbps on a 1.5mbps connection. Finally got so fed up with it we switched to Comcast. 20mbps feels blisteringly fast, and since we already had cable through them it turned out to be cheaper. YMMV, in Greeley I had nothing but problems with Comcast and great service from Qwest.
