New to reloading and having some issues.

have hornady lnl, using the new hornady dies, having issues with 9mm, various types of brass, berrys 115s

About one in every 10 reloads the bullet doesn't crimp right. I can push the bullet into the brass with my fingers.

at first I thought it was a certain brass, but after this last batch it doesn't seem to be brass specific.

I'll load one WIN and it is fine. Next one I can push in.

no rhythm or reason?
