So, let me try to understand, on the off chance that secret service is in Colorado, we created a law to give them powers? How often is the secret service here and has this every actually came up?

and if the president is in town, believe me the DPD or CSP will be there as well. if someone needs arresting I am sure it will be covered.

I tend to agree..............

We have enough local county, city and state law enforcement. Giving more power to federal agents is asking for more overstepping. The worse part is secret service was listed as the subject matter. Outside of protecting Federal elected elite, and watching over the mint what do they need to be doing that the other law enforment is already doing.

Too many power plays. Federal goverment is already a 1 trillion dollar fat chick sucking the life blood from its citizens and in need of a serious lipo suction and low calorie diet. Stop feeding it more twinkies.
