My input with everything I've done in Cerakote (including barrels), is that it should be able to handle it. I use the H series coatings. They do make a high temp coating which should hold up better, but I think that coating it in burnt bronze with the H series and seeing how it holds up would be "my" first move. I see no reason why it wouldn't hold up. Like I said though, I've had it on barrels and it has held up perfectly fine. I haven't put the barrels through any kind of endurance runs though, and I have no clue as to what temp. I've had them at. I just know they still look like the day I took them out of the oven. Your can could be a good test.![]()
