I don't know why people keep spreading this fallacy... You CAN fix stupid, it's quite easy, you just let nature do it's thing and wipe those too dumb to live out. You can fix stupid, but it's permanent.Like this cop for instance... leave him to his own devices and eventually Darwinism will catch up to him.
