Default Battery changed on AIMPOINT T1

So I have an AIMPOINT T1 that I've had since January 2012. Always kept it on bright (bright but not so bright) never leaving it dim, and the battery (duracell) finally gave up and went dead.

How long has your lasted without throwing the brightness down to NV levels?

I think my M2 lasted about 13-14 months on halfway into the visible scale before I replaced the CR1/3N which is right about their spec. IIRC, M2=10k hours, M3/T1=50k, M3=80k at half power.

Turn that bitch down a bit!

I change the battery on my T1 at work ever rotation (so every 6 months or so). I just keep batteries in the range bag when I'm at home and batteries get changed as needed.
