Well to be fair, as a citizen of our fair state who obviously subscribes to the left's agenda, she has many options to defend herself. Should she be the unfortunate victim of a violent rape, she can:

A: Shit herself
B: Piss herself
C: Attempt to induce vomiting
D: Politely ask someone to fire two shotgun blasts into the air
E: Wait patiently while the fine Denver PD make their way to her in "a matter of minutes"

With such a capable arsenal of defense options at her disposal, I think she's due a certain amount of smug condescension in her attitude to our senior citizenry who would prefer to defend themselves in a dignified manner.
