I am bidding on 2 o/u shotguns on gunbroker right now. If I win both of them will I have to get 2 background checks done if they ship in the same box?

My EDC: Handcuffs, Bandana, and Ball Gag.
If I'm ever at a party and the cops come to arrest people. Ill blindfold myself, throw the ball gag in, handcuff my hands, and hide in a closet. Police never arrest hostages!
A BC is good for 30 days I think so I would say NO.
As long as you pick them up at the same time and fill out 1 4473, only once ..$10 plus ffl fee.
A guy at Sportsmans was telling me they'll do up to 5 on a single 4473. So if you pick them up at the same time you should be good.
I have picked up 2 firearms on one 4473 form. Just has to be done at the same time/day. The 4473 is good for 30 days, but get closed out the day you pick up your gun or in this case guns. My FFL does charge a per gun fee for the transfer tho.
The only ones who should fear law abiding citizens are criminals and the Government.
Regardless the situation, I intend to die a free man.
But you will have a separate ATF form if you buy more than 1 handgun on the same day.
I just had my friendly interview with ATF yesterday pursuant to getting my FFL01 and the investigator emphasized the need to fill out the following form if multiple handguns were being purchased.

Was there emphasis on handguns? or just any gun in general?

Correct it is an internal from, but it pops you up on the radar. That's all I'm saying.
