The group I worked for handled officers' personnel records. They merged with the enlisted records group from St. Louis and moved to Ft. Knox. Both groups also handled promotions boards for the Army. I've reached out to my friends in HRC to see if they're able to tell me anything (doubtful if they're on lockdown but I figured I'd try).
