I the V done many years ago. The Doc said he couldn't give me any pain killer until he isolated the cords. I remember he groped around my testes til he found the cords, then he brings out this pair of pincer pliars. He tells me your gonna feel a small pinch.
HOLY CRAP !!!!!!!!! THAT WAS NO SMALL PINCH. The best advice he gave me was to stay on the couch a few days and keep ice on the jewels. A good friend of mine had it done the same day,then went drinkin, and dancin the same day. His balls swelled up like grapefruit. Myself, I took it easy and was back in the saddle in a few days. By the way ,sex is better afterwards..... since you don't have to worry about birth control.

Only after you've totally cleared the piped and verified only blanks are coming out. I knew a fella who fathered a child (with his wife) about two weeks after the big V. He hadn't cleared the pipes or verified the procedure was successful. His wife was PISSED.
