That is more of a defeat for gun rights then a victory. I see nothing about recourse if the city improperly stored firearms and allowed them to rust.

It isn't anywhere strong enough acknowledging that the taking of the firearms was illegal.

This is just another sad example of how the NRA has let us down and has become a tool for the anti-gun movement as much as it is a tool for the 2nd Amendment. They continue to slide to the LEFT and it disheartens me.
