The issue with allowing public businesses to restrict guns is that it creates target zones. It's a safety hazard. Schools especially.
At least Colorado's law is fairly toothless, except when it comes to schools.

I've never seen one there at Colorado Mills either, but I go to the movies maybe 1x / year. And who goes to the ticket window with print at home nowadays?
Is there a sign at the Denver West theater across the street by Tokyo Joe? I've never seen one there either and I prefer that place to mills.
(If there is, don't tell me. Ignorance is bliss)
Concealed means concealed.
Just doing what I can to stay on this side of the dirt.
Exactly, even my wife is surprised to find out i have my gun on me at times

True... I'll just tell her the only movies I'll go see with her are at gun friendly theaters...
Elvis is gun friendly? Any other "newer" theaters. Some movies I'd rather not wait 3 months to see if they sound really good...
Denver West usually has shitty seats though (in my experience)... and they're owned by Regal, but I can't say I've seen a sign...

I thought about you yesterday Ronin, as I walked into a movie theater that had a "no weapons" sign on the front doors. And I didn't slow down.
Even if they suspected me of carrying a firearm, they certainly couldn't make me show it to them. Even a cop couldn't detain me and make me show it to them, as he would have no reason to suspect that I had or was in the process of committing a crime (it's legal if I have a permit for it). The cop can't say "it's not technically against the law to carry a firearm here, but I need to search you for a concealed firearm."
There's no reason to not carry into any business that asks you to not carry there, unless you want to be a nice guy.
