I would like to know from anyone who knows for sure, what circumstances could lead to you being ticketed for trespassing in a business with a no weapons policy, if you're legally concealed carrying?

If asked to leave (assuming discovery) and refusing to vacate the premise.

A business owner, or their representative manager/operator, pretty much has a right to refuse service or ask anyone to leave the property for any reason. Failure to do so is criminal trespass, posted or not.

That's my humble interpretation of the Colorado law as a private citizen.
    My Feedback
Credit TFOGGER : Liberals only want things to be "fair and just" if it benefits them.
Credit Zundfolge: The left only supports two "rights"; Buggery and Infanticide.
Credit roberth: List of things Government does best; 1. Steal your money 2. Steal your time 3. Waste the money they stole from you. 4. Waste your time making you ask permission for things you have a natural right to own. "Anyone that thinks the communists won't turn off your power for being on COAR15 is a fucking moron."

That was my understanding too. So by just carrying into a place that has a no weapons policy, it would be extremely hard to get into trouble. Of course if they ask me to leave, based on my concealed weapon, which they have somehow discovered, I'm going to leave. But they're not going to discover it in the first place.
