Default Kelsey Creek in the Winter

I'm new to Colorado, only lived here 6 months. Can anyone tell me if the Kelsey Creek shooting range off of Pine Junction stays snowed in and frozen for a long time after snowfalls? I'm thinking of checking it out this Sunday, but with the weather that passed over the last week, is it worth it? Or is there a website that gives current conditions? I drive a lifted F350SD with all terrain tires.

Kelsey Creek Range was great today. I got there at 0745 and had it all to myself for over an hour. The people that started showing up were great too. I'll be posting a review with some pictures shortly.

Too funny I went up after lunch and had a great time, place was packed but folks let me share their tailgate for gun case ammo etc. Less than an hour drive and the price was right. I'll be going back.

It's a fun place to go.
Might be a touch of Snow this weekend.
    I'm a warm weather shooter.
