This isn't just Chicago . . . been going on in a lot of major cities over the past 10 years, but has recently become more common. Usual MO is, 25-48 hrs prior to a large outdoor public event, messages start going out over various social networking sites such as Twitter inciting violence, then, usually in the early evening, hundreds of people, usually Black teenagers, start randomly beating and robbing Whites, Asians, Latinos, including women and elders, and including people in cars. MO for business robbery, usually clothing stores are selected, and 50-100 teenagers all enter the store at once, ransack it, and are gone within 15 minutes.
