Buds Guns Not Shipping to CO

I was over at RFB for a bit this morning talking with Steve and they had a customer that was using them for a transfer of an M&P 15 from Buds. Buds called RFB this morning and said they will not ship it to Colorado. Steve asked if they would just remove the magazine (even though the ban is not in effect yet) and Buds refused.

I just received 5 pmags from them last week. It was from their Colorado campaign program. Buds also shipped out last week a stripped lower receiver to my FFL.

this was probably someone uninformed.

Could be, maybe they confused Colorado for Connecticut. Either way they weren't letting this transfer happen.

Just got off the phone with Jordan from Buds Guns and he confirmed any firearm that comes with a magazine higher then 15 rds will not ship to Colorado.

Well don't that just suck... I think it's going to be like this for a lot of ordering and what not from now on... especially after July 1st. I'm just worried I won't be able to get a Daniel Defense later this year (won't be able to afford it before 7/1/13) because of the magazine law and I'll have to have my FFL buddy in TX order it through DD and then ship it sans magazine...
