    I don't think the Chicoms know what to do with Little Kim right now. NK does not really have anything to offer to China except for use as a proxy to start shit, they basically prop up the NK economy, so what's to stop China from doing this?

    Good people do not need laws to tell them to act responsibly, while bad people will find a way around the laws.
