    I just went to pick up a lower and was told that CBI is having issues and they're not even accepting submissions. Has anyone else heard this?

    This was literally 15 minutes ago. If I'm going to be paying for this "service", I expect it to be available. Annoyed doesn't begin to describe it.

    That's what you get when you only pay $10 per background check. If you want better, more consistant service you'll be required to pay more
