Things like this make me wish I had kids right now so I could dress them in pro-2a shirts and send them off to school.

Then they get suspended for "dress code violations".

They would get suspended or expelled.

Last month I took one daughter to Washington DC for spring break. One day we were at the National Art Museum. I came out of the rest room, waiting in the rotunda for my daughter, and this lady comes up, wearing and Obama shirt, and says "Your shirt scares me."

My shirt was a long sleeve denim with the 2012 Quigley Buffalo Rifle Shoot and picture of a guy holding a Sharps rifle.

I asked her why my shirt scared her and she replied "Because it shows a gun." I asked her if she was afraid that it would start shooting buttons? I then told her that a gun is nothing but a tool and it is up to the person operating it as to what purpose it will be used. I told her that more people are killed by hammers each year than by guns and that more babies are aborted each year by doctors than by all gun deaths combined. She still didn't think that a picture of a gun should be allowed in public.

As much as I like to say I wouldn't care, I'm sure once I had a kid, I'd feel different. However, that doesn't mean I don't have the ability to personally drop him off every day where pro-2a gear. I just hate that we're being forced into the dark corners because someone might be offended or scared.

The majority are now ruled by a vocal minority that are mislead by a Marxist Democrat party and media.

You should have ended the conversation with "Your shirt scares me!"

People who openly support Marxism are scarier than any gun.

You should have corrected her by adding, "My shirt shouldn't scare you. I should."

Yeah, it wouldn't have helped the cause, but imagine her reaction!

I'd have been tempted to tell her that morons frightened by pictures scare me.

    The stupid, it burns!
To question your government is not unpatriotic — to not question your government is unpatriotic.

Good people do not need laws to tell them to act responsibly, while bad people will find a way around the laws.

    But, it's for the children!
