how would these same people react to a petition to no recognize the first amendment in california? or how about to "repeal" the 4th amendment?

They already have on the 4th, along with the rest of us. Seen the cameras, demands for DNA, police demands for phone records, IRS demands for email, FBI ability to 'tag' your car with GPS and Internet Databases?

When did any of us vote on this. We didn't. It was done it the courts where there is no vote except for nine people who still think pagers are modern technology.

We voted by letting this happen.
