Ya, there are some flavors of international terrorism coming out now that more info is available. Multiple random non-political targets is clearly Al Qaeda, trash cans and secondaries is IRA, the timing is domestic. I'm still guessing domestic, but clearly could be wrong.
The Saudi they are guarding could be for his protection and the media is speculating otherwise. Think about it, S Saudi national at a bombing? Ya, thinking some upset relative could easily snap at the hospital and cave his head in.

Cell phone service is disconnected in Boston area to stop any cell phone related bombings. Just read it on the web.
The cops don't even have cell service so stay positive. Praying!
