    If only they had laws against building and detonating bombs in an attempt to hurt people. They should have posted giant "BOMB FREE ZONE" signs along the route to protect everyone.

    Yep.. we went through this with NewTown stuff as well. The date is the day the page/place holder was created which could have been anything as the content of the page can be changed at any time. Just like creating a folder on your computer. You can add and delete files from it all you want but the properties for that folder will still show when the folder itself was created.
