Hits closer to home when you hear stuff like this. It's one thing to read the headline 'At least 176 injured' and it's quite another to hear how horribly just two of these people actually are injured. Makes me wonder (and thankful it wasn't) how high the death toll would have been had there not been so many emergency personnel on the scene so quickly. Kind of brings some reality to how horrific this attack was. Is this by chance relation to the little boy that was killed? The story I've heard was that the 8 year old boy went to hug his father who had just finished the race. He then returned to the crowd where his mother and sisters were just before the explosion that claimed his life and left his sister and mother injured. What a horrible story and my thoughts are with ALL of those affected by this senseless violence.

I am so sorry they have to suffer for such a horrendous act. My thoughts are with them.
