Tactical Solutions SB-X 10/22 takedown upgrade

I guess this could go in NFA or rimfire but I thought this was cool enough for GD. I was looking into threading solutions for my takedown and found this. It seems like a great length vs extra stamp solution. Brownells lists them but OOS. Does anyone have any experience or thoughts on these.

The SBX bbl has been around a few years now. Nice to see a take down one available. I had one and sold the rifle before i decided to put a 10/22 sbr on the list.
