Can anyone tell me if the technical guidance has been reversed or changed in any way? I've been searching for the last 30 minutes and I'm not finding any revised guidance.

Specifically this piece.

The phrase “continuous” possession in HB 13-1224 shall be afforded its reasonable, every-day interpretation, which is the fact of having or holding property in one’s power or the exercise of dominion over property, that is uninterrupted in time, sequence, substance or extent. “Continuous possession” does not require a large-capacity magazine owner to maintain literally continuous physical possession of the magazine. “Continuous possession” is only lost by a voluntary relinquishment of dominion and control

An unsatisfactory result of the lawsuit was that when we asked for a court order regarding enforcement of the language on transfers, the court basically said that the Attorney General opinion was good enough. It isn't good enough for several technical reasons, but there you are.

Does the word "AMBIGUOUS" kinda come into play here?

As far as I know, there still has been only one enforcement of the law. And that was a plea bargain for a dude who graffiti'd up a whole neighborhood and had a shit ton of drugs.

I'd be curious if anyone knew how to find out if anyone's been charged or convicted of the mag ban.

EVERY MEDIA outlet from here to SEA would have it as their lead story.

Yep, so if the seller calls it a clip, it must be legal then. [Sarcasm2]

So it seems 8. The only one I could find reported was the 1.

Not exactly contrary information.

Ok, a number different than 1 was posted.

1 citation and zero convictions vs. 8 citations and zero convictions is hardly contradictory information. But we can keep arguing about it, if you like.
