ISO Recommendations for Contractor and Realtor for Coal Creek Canyon

Everyone here was super helpful in giving me some tips on what to look for in a property up one of the canyons. We've found something we really like and are hoping to put in an offer ASAP. Next up, we need a Realtor to help us negotiate and work through the buying process and a contractor to work with to do some renovations we have in mind.

I just PM'ed BMac here, but he's based in Denver, so I suspect this is farther than he is interested in going.

But if anyone can recommend any realtors or contractors who work up in the canyons, it would be greatly appreciated.
