The Charlotte Church shooter, Florida / parkland, Night club in Fla to name a few went on for a solid month, some still ongoing mentions in media. The work place violence , like the dallas shooter who took out cops. ALl but disappeared a week post shooting IMO due to skin color. They didn't fit the white, disgruntled, trump supporting, confederate flag, used an Ar-15 agenda.

Possibly. It looks like he was shooting at someone down and to the right (off camera) in the video from above, when he is hit and starts running to the parking lot. Entirely possible the shot came from inside. Especially since in the beginning of the video they cannot find the guy. If someone was shooting at him from down the street they would (or should) have seen run into the parking lot, moving from right to left. From inside the building they probably did not see that which is why nobody could find him immediately.
