My wife bought a used car the other day and two of these things are adhered to the windshield. (They both look identical.) Anyone know what they are? Maybe something to pay road tolls? [Dunno]

Ive done some patent work on small conformal phased array antennas (Direct TV dish replacement), and this looks somewhat similar. Doesn't mean that what it is, tho.
