These people are insane. Just yesterday they said there wouldn't be an indictment because they were going to take a month long break first. These a-holes lie with every word they speak. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20230330/dfd197c2479f9a1b6af0dd87eba2ace8.jpg

Great Job Brownie.
CNN, MSNBC, CBS and all the other jokers are doing circle-jerks right now. I think the Left made another big mistake pushing their agenda, in the meantime, the Clintons and Biden family sit in their Teflon coated aura.
The world is watching this crap happen and some are happy we are in a STUPID political bitch-slapping contest, I'm sure there are others that are saddened at watching a Nation tear itself apart.

You seem a little upset & defensive, at the generalization i posted. Trump needs to disappear, not by some half baked charges. but by his own decision. He's got a decent percentage of this country in a frenzy over his running again
Honestly who cares. However take the one person who's been sitting at home the last few years. Whittling away on his or her paranoia and anything's possible. Or worse yet another false flag, where someone was given just the right nudge. From the opposing team, or even the mccain r's.
In todays society anything is possible. As we see on a daily basis. From time began to now, all it takes is 1 person. Myself i believe it's a witch hunt, as it's been since he announced he was running the first time.

Trumps election won a battle but lost a war. His lack of character will hurt the conservative movement for generations. I honestly don't care if the motivations behind the indictments aren't totally pure. People who play dirty like him will be brought down dirty. Screwing hookers while your wife is pregant, he gets no sympathy from me. That's as low as it gets.
And the left wins again...
You all need to take a step back and look at what you are doing. Fighting amongst yourselves about some ridiculous left-agenda action. They didn't even have to attack you, they just manipulated you into attacking each other on their behalf...
Just my opinion, but we, as a collective, do more damage to ourselves because of something the left did than they could just by doing it.

Those wearing foil hats may see this as an plan by "them" to stir up a rebellion only to have it put down by declaring martial law.
Two years, at least, of total Federal Government control. Think curfews, limited travel, food and energy rationing and yes, firearm confiscation.
Personally, I don't buy it. I don't think "they" are that nefarious or organized enough to pull off a plan that complicated.
However, there has been some wacky shit going down lately so who knows?
Where's Joe_K when we need him?

I'm far from a tinfoil hat, type. I'm going off the realities of todays world. You already mentioned the lockdowns. Who even thought failure to get a "vaccine" would result in one getting fired, or removed from a .mil career. One spent 20 yrs in.
Or governments passing No Bail laws? Where a repeat felon with a violent arrest record. Is let back on the street, before the cops have finished their arrest report. America's a crazy place where up is down And down is sideways.
Also, would any of you have even thought the "trans community" would organize a Day of Violence. Using the shooter as the victim?
It really is about character. Conservatives do themselves no favor by defending the indefensible, regardless of the scheming opposition.

You're right. It doesn't hurt them because they have no viable, effective opposition. What few media sources there are that stand up against the dems are squelched by the overwhelming dominance of the left in the media.
Fox News as we know it may soon be gone due to the Dominion fiasco. That Fox people continued with the conspiracy talk even though they knew it to be untrue, well, that's a character issue that is biting them in the ass.
If convicted, look for Mr. Trump to tweet his manifesto before eating a bullet. Famous forever.

No way. He loves himself too much to consider suicide.
Unless you mean "suicide", Epstein style.
There seems to be nothing unlawful about paying someone to sign a NDA... but they say there are 30 other possible charges due to business deals... which likely were done by accountants and attorneys rather than Trump himself. A few legal experts posited that there would be no arrest, even if he turned himself in he's walk out after court.

I think the most serious charge is bank fraud. I think the whole system is a fraud. Misrepresenting asset values can be a crime. This is more a distraction from the real issues than a crusade for justice. It is supposed to make the average person think the system is fair.
Everything they say is a lie, and every thing they have, is stolen.
Watching Cartoon Network News and it is flooded with the usual crap along with security precautions for next week's Trump 'booking' circus in New York.

Been listenin to a few folks smarter than me share their opinions, and here are the takeaways:
1. Presidents and past Presidents typically are given a pass on most questionable matters, as a courtesy, and if a trial does occur (or being questioned before Congress, as with Nixon, Reagan, Clinton) it is a show trial with no real risk of consequences.
2. Trump is being indicted over a number of petty matters other courts refused to pursue, and the intent appears to be making him technically ineligible to run for office again.
3. A clear line has been crossed, now making it acceptable for ALL politicians to be subjected to witch hunts over trifling matters, and if Trump is prevented from running again, such prosecutions will become widespread and common.

Considering one is entitled to a reasonable time period for a trial. With everything bragg supposedly has, one has to ask them self. WHY is the trial date not sooner. Instead of 12/04 ?
Of course Politics has nothing to do with the charges. [LOL]
IIRC even a NYT poll has 76% saying it's politically motivated. That's real high, considering the NYT and it's subscribers are fairly entrenched in the Trump For Prison crowd.

Define the "clear line" that has been crossed.
Seriously? You don't see a problem with this prosecution?
Personally, I have a problem with a DA who runs his campaign based on a promise to indict a former president. Or anyone else for that matter. The same DA who releases violent felons from jail or who lowers their bond to ridiculous amounts and who doesn't prosecute violent felons with the same zeal in which he pursued Trump over trivial stuff that no one else would prosecute. A DA who runs an office that allows leaks from the Grand Jury deliberations...when these matters are supposed to be, and always have been, secret.
The list goes on and on. I'm no big Trump fan and even I see real problems with this.
But this goes far beyond Bragg's office. Bragg is a minor player in a party that has weaponized government and law enforcement against republicans and conservatives. Like Comey and the FBI...you have a (former) FBI director admitting HRC (who also admitted to committing felonies...because she obviously knew she was immune from prosecution) committed felonies and then stating no prosecutor would take the case. That's not his job to decide.
Our federal government and many state governments are out of control. Bragg is a symptom of the problem.
This is nothing more than political retribution on a grand scale.
Even worse than the democrat behavior is the fact they're basically forcing republicans to retaliate or risk never winning office again. If republicans don't start playing the game it's gonna be over for them...because democrats sure as hell aren't gonna stop on their own. They've proven that time and again.

Way back in 1998, I thought it was a huge mistake for the Republicans to impeach Clinton over his perjury in the Paula Jones case. I thought it was ridiculous to use the nuclear option of impeachment on such a minor issue, and even worse, I knew that once it happened, it would mean that from that point on, every time a president took office, the FIRST thing that would happen on the opposition side was that people would start screaming for impeachment. And that, of course, is exactly what happened. So impeachment went from being a last-resort option to rein in an out-of-control executive, to being just another political tool for the opposition.
The Democrats finally got their scalp in 2019 when they impeached Trump for - whatever they impeached him for (unlike perjury, "abuse of power" isn't even a crime, it's a tort or a civil wrong.)
But anymore, impeachment has lost its status as a "last resort" and has now just become another opposition tactic for the out-of-the-white-house party. We can figure that almost any president will get impeached if the opposition party takes the House of Representatives (I think the only reason the Republicans didn't impeach Obama in 2010 was they couldn't agree on what to use as a trumped-up charge.)
Having said that, I'm not sure that criminal prosecutions will necessarily become a political norm in the future. Trump is unique in many ways (most of them bad.) It's tough to imagine any politician being so brazenly dishonest and still rising to a high rank in the party.
