This isn't the time of year I'd expect someone from Arizona to be moving to CO (Brrr), unless you're from Flagstaff that is.

Got out just in time according to the weather reports from northern AZ. I just moved here about 7 months ago from Phoenix and have enjoyed it.

I used to live in north Glendale (NW Phoenix valley for those that don't know the area) we got hit with a "microburst" that blew 1/2 of our roof off, and then dumped enough rain to make the ceiling in our master bedroom collaspe.. that wasn't the worst part...

3 days in August with no power... 100+ degree weather & no air conditioning

I lived in the pool that week...

would have much preferred Northern AZ, but Phx valley was good for my career...
