I just took my kids camping at that campground last week, pretty scary kids were running all over the campground having a good time.

I guess you can't even go clear up in the mountains in the middle of no where and let your kids run around anymore. What a sad world we live in...

I got a $1 says someone had some off-the-books agriculture up there. Saw a lot of that in CA when I was stationed there. Acres and acres of it, and they liked to guard it and boobie (calm down BigBear, yes I said boobie, but not the soft warm squishy kind in this case) trap the paths into it.

Or another possibility is someone finally cracked from the COAR-15 reservation...

Crime: As this aspect is becoming a more and more prevalent circumstance across the nation, I support the idea of work camps for convicted felons with hard labor for sentencing, with no perks or rewards for poor behavior, I also do not support any form of parole for offenders. As to misdemeanors I support involvement with convicted offenders serving time by doing 100 or more hours of community service for all offenses.......... With capitol offenses where life is lost I support the death penalty for across the board even application, with no concern for circumstance if the act was intentional...........
