So you can have a handgun at 18 but not "buy" one until 21 right? Here you cant get a ccw until 21 right? What about wy residents in wy with the new law? I have relatives up their and I was just curious do they have to be 18 or 21 to carry?

I think one would have to read how exactly the new law is written. I am not for certain but I think the one we were trying pass still restricted people under 21 from concealing (not sure about that). But from what I read on here it seemed that it was almost identical to CCW law, just no requirement to have a CCW.

Again, I don't know what Wyoming's restrictions are.

You can't buy a handgun under 21 from an FFL. Private is okay here. I don't know about Wyoming, but the 21 thing is a Federal law. It is likely the same as here in Wyoming, but I'm not sure.
